We attach great importance to the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy (D&I) and our commitments, reinforced by our Values form a central part of our working culture.
Our Diversity and Inclusion Board aims to increase collaboration, accountability and best practice sharing and is responsible for scrutinising and monitoring our commitments. We recognise that as diversity and inclusion continues to evolve in a dynamic society so too must our skills and experiences develop to help us promote inclusion and remove unintended barriers to any groups or individuals. We have made some excellent progress to date but we can, and must, do more. To do your part, you should continually develop your personal skills to help embed inclusive practices into your work and spheres of influence.
