Using our IT systems and our social media channels

 

It’s important that you use social media and our IT systems in a sensible and responsible manner, exercising good judgement at all times. You should follow the principles of the SPCB’s Acceptable Use of IT Policy, but if you’re unsure talk to your manager at the earliest opportunity. And if you’re a manager and need advice, contact the HR Office on 86500. In particular, if you are authorised to use our official social media channels to engage with the public you should follow the Social Media Policy.  Further guidance is available from the Web and Social Media Team on 85777.
