We have a no compulsory redundancy agreement in place, as part of our current pay deal. This is in place to provide colleagues with job security and protecting employment. This arrangement was negotiated with our recognised trade union partners.
We also have a targeted voluntary exit scheme. The scheme will sit permanently alongside our other People and Culture policies. It will only be available on a limited and targeted basis as determined by the Strategic Resources Board. Such schemes are common in many organisations as one way to help manage change.
